WENDEN SPORTS CENTRE PACKAGES

Wenden Sports Centre is an exclusive sports and wellness club coming to Ladybrand, offering top-tier facilities for fitness, sports, and relaxation. To maintain our high standards and provide quality facilities, we have introduced a membership fee structure. Fees are tailored to suit individual needs, varying based on age and the number of family members included.

Families with more than 4 members paying yearly will receive a discounted rate determined at checkout.

Private Coaching Options

  • Sessions: 2x weekly
  • Additional Benefit: Includes 2 free individual hours for leisure
  • Private Coaching Fee: Available at a fee determined by the coach
  • Session prices will be worked out for mixed sport options

Agreements

RENTAL AGREEMENTS:

Rental of Premises for Coaches

  • Tournament Fee: R 1,500 maximum 30 participants thereafter R 30 per player extra
  • R 800 Deposit which will be refunded
  • Private Lessons: R 30 per player (per hour maximum two player)

Studio Rental

  • Price: R 85 per class
  • None active months R 500 to keep booking of times for studio and Octiv running fee
  • 2-7% Every two years (In rental Contract and agreement)

Inclusions for Studio and Court Rentals

  • Water and electricity
  • Cleaning facilities
  • Access to the Octiv app for easy booking and payments
  • Free membership access for all rentals of coaches
  • Safety and alarm system at the facility
  • Anytime access when hours of other trainers have not been booked

Coach Payments

  • Flat Rate: R 500 per month during active seasons
  • Hourly Rate: Varies depending on the number of players

Inclusions

  • Access to the Octiv app for booking private and group lessons, payments, and follow-ups
  • Free membership at Wenden Sports Centre
  • Access to the facility
  • One free private lessons per month for 2 kids at a time or one Demo lesson
